This site does not offer returns on custom made items. Each item is made specifically for the person placing the order. Please take extra care to make certain that the options you select are correct before placing your order. Options may include, but are not limited to: size (see sizing chart if you are unsure what size is right for you), Color, and design color.

If you have recieved a damaged item please contact info@fallenarrows.com and provide a picture of the damage. Items that have been worn, washed, or show other signs of use will not be eligible for replacement. Damaged items that are reported more than 10 days after reciept of purchase will not be eligible for replacement.
